We operate as a training ground for people who want to take voice acting, streaming, singing, and creative production seriously. That means real expectations,real deadlines,real collaboration, and, at times,real clients and paid productions.
This is not a casual YouTube collab hub.
This is not a drop-in, drop-out playground.
This is not a place to half-commit and hide behind “I was just here for fun.”
The entertainment industry is not gentle. Being a VTuber, streamer, singer, or voice actor is harder than it looks. VSES exists to prepare members for that reality—not shield them from it. Deadlines exist for a reason. Structure exists for a reason. Leadership exists for a reason. If you remain here, you acknowledge that this is a professional environment with standards.
Respect begets respect.
Treat others how you expect to be treated—this includes members, leadership, directors, collaborators, and staff. Authority within VSES is not decorative. Roles exist because they are necessary for projects to function.

VSES does not collect personal information unnecessarily.
We do not ask for government names, addresses, birthdays, or legal details unless:
You voluntarily provide them, or
They are strictly required for a paid production involving an external client
If personal information is required:
It is requested by the client, not VSES
It is shared directly with the client, not through VSES
It is used solely for that production
Do not leak internal discussions, project details, or private matters.
Confidentiality is not paranoia. It is professionalism.
Issues are handled with investigation first—not knee-jerk reactions.
Most concerns follow escalation:
Warning or correction
Second warning if behavior continues
Further action if behavior worsens or disrupts operations
However, some actions skip warnings entirely. Immediate removal or bans may occur if, after investigation, a member is found to have:
Violated trust or confidentiality
Engaged in harassment or targeted harm
Put members, clients, or VSES at risk
Lied or withheld critical information
Context matters. Patterns matter more. VSES is flexible—but not permissive.
Every project needs direction.
Yes, even recorded ones. Yes, even if you’re talented. Yes, even if you feel special. If you believe you do not need rehearsals, feedback, or communication with a director, you may invoke God Mode.

Deliver your work clean, on time, and aligned—and if it’s flawless?
Congratulations.
You keep your role. You skip rehearsals. You won’t hear from us.
HOWEVER, If you miss the mark—at all—God Mode is revoked immediately.

Membership in VSES does not entitle you to paid work.

If you are inactive or unreliable, you will not be considered—and you do not have grounds to complain.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & RECORDING CONDITIONS
To participate in VSES productions, members must have a functioning microphone properly connected to their PC or recording setup.
For recorded work, members are expected to record in a reasonably quiet environment.
This does not require professional sound treatment, acoustic panels, or studio-grade setups.
VSES understands that not everyone can invest in equipment immediately. However, audio must be usable.Excessive background noise, constant interruptions, or preventable technical issues that significantly affect recording quality may result in recasting, reassignment, or removal from a project.VSES prioritizes accessibility and practicality—but basic technical readiness is required to collaborate effectively.
Members are welcome to:

Initiative is encouraged and noticed. All contributions are credited under your chosen name or alias.
If you put in the work, your name goes on it.
Members are encouraged to invite their fans, followers, and supporters into VSES community spaces to foster engagement, activity, and growth. However, discernment is expected.

If you bring in weirdos, that becomes a leadership problem—and then it becomes your problem.

Members are expected to keep their VSES Member Information reasonably up to date.

Outdated information may result in missed opportunities.

Appendix A – Partnership & Mutual Growth Accord
Community Cross-Access & Affiliate Standards
Purpose
This Accord defines VSES’ standards for affiliate and partner communities.
These partnerships are primarily community-based and structured to allow shared visibility, safe cross-participation, and mutual growth between adjacent creative ecosystems.
Nature of Partnership
Current affiliate relationships operate as community bridges rather than operational mergers.
This includes:
Mutual listing of permanent, non-expiring server invite links
Designated affiliate channels within each server
Open access for members to join, observe, and participate respectfully
Visibility support for ongoing projects relevant to overlapping audiences
These partnerships do not imply shared governance, shared leadership, or shared ownership.
Community Cross-Access
Members are free to move between affiliate servers.
VSES does not restrict its members from joining partner communities, nor does partnership grant authority over VSES operations.
Each server maintains independent moderation, structure, and leadership.
Representation Standards
Affiliate communities agree to:
Represent each other accurately
Avoid implying joint ownership or creative control
Maintain respectful public conduct
Refrain from undermining or disparaging the other community
Cross-promotion must remain truthful and transparent.
Scope Limitations

Appendix B – The Crimson Trade Circle
Promotion, Visibility & Mutually Beneficial Commission Terms
Purpose
The Crimson Trade Circle exists as a structured exchange between VSES and approved service providers or vendors.
This program allows creators to offer discounted or adjusted commission rates in exchange for strategic promotion and visibility within VSES spaces.
Nature of the Exchange
Participation in the Crimson Trade Circle may include:
Discounted commission rates for VSES projects
Public credit and tagging
Portfolio inclusion with permission
Server feature placement
Verbal promotion during streams or productions
Promotion is structured and intentional. It does not guarantee sales, virality, or measurable revenue outcomes.
Voluntary Participation
All rate adjustments are voluntarily negotiated.
VSES does not pressure creators into unfair pricing. Sustainable compensation is encouraged.
Professional Standards
Approved vendors must:
Communicate clearly and professionally
Deliver within agreed timelines
Define revision limits and pricing beforehand
Respect confidentiality of unreleased materials
Removal from the Circle
Vendor status may be revoked if:
Repeated missed deadlines occur
Communication becomes unprofessional
Quality significantly deviates from agreement
Confidential information is mishandled
Appendix C – The Standard of Professional Conduct & Care
Confidentiality, Coordination & Delivery Standards
Purpose
This Standard defines how VSES engages with external clients across voice acting, production, editing, music, design, and other creative services.
Confidentiality
VSES respects project privacy and intellectual property.
Unreleased scripts, materials, and files remain confidential
Materials are not shared outside assigned talent
NDAs will be honored where applicable
Payment Structure & Confirmation Protocol
Clients coordinate payment directly with the assigned talent.
This includes:
Obtaining payment details directly from the voice actor or creative assigned
Transferring deposits and balances directly to that talent
To ensure transparency and prevent disputes, both the client and the assigned talent are required to confirm payment status with VSES officers once a transaction has been made.
This confirmation ensures:
All parties are aligned on payment timelines
Officers can track project progression
Miscommunication regarding payment is minimized
VSES does not collect or hold client funds unless otherwise explicitly arranged.
Audition & Talent Selection Policy
VSES prioritizes in-house auditions and talent selection for all incoming projects.
Clients will first be presented with available VSES talent through:
Internal auditions
Demo submissions
Curated talent recommendations
If a client does not find a suitable voice or talent match internally, VSES may coordinate an external open audition.
However:
External auditionees must understand that selection for the role includes becoming part of VSES as affiliated talent
Participation in a VSES project implies alignment with VSES operational standards

Creative output remains the responsibility of the assigned talent.
Delivery & Replacement Policy
If a VSES member fails to deliver or becomes unresponsive:
VSES will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement talent

However:
Deposits paid directly to the original talent may not be recoverable
VSES cannot guarantee reimbursement of funds already transferred to individual members
Rate adjustments for replacement talent will be negotiated in good faith
VSES will act responsibly to minimize disruption and preserve project continuity.
Timeline Responsibility
VSES strives to:

Clients are expected to provide materials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
Limitations
VSES operates as a structured creative collective composed of independent talent.
While VSES will mediate disputes and seek fair solutions, financial liability remains between the client and the directly contracted talent unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dispute Resolution Framework
In the event of a dispute between a client and assigned talent:
Step 1 – Direct Communication
The client and talent are expected to attempt resolution directly and professionally within 48 hours of identifying the issue.
Step 2 – Officer Mediation
If resolution is not reached, VSES officers may step in to:
Review agreed deliverables
Review payment confirmation records
Clarify misunderstandings
Propose reasonable corrective action
Step 3 – Structural Decision
If a resolution cannot be reached, VSES may:
Reassign the project to replacement talent
Terminate the project arrangement
Remove talent from future VSES assignments
VSES reserves final discretion regarding internal disciplinary decisions.
Financial Clarification
VSES does not assume financial liability for disputes involving funds directly transferred between client and talent.
However, VSES will act in good faith to seek reasonable solutions where possible.
Appendix D – Media / Public Representation Policy
Purpose
This policy defines how VSES, its officers, and its talents represent the organization in public spaces, including:
Social media platforms
Streams and recorded broadcasts
Public Discord servers
Interviews and collaborative events

Brand Representation
Members must not:
Claim ownership over VSES decisions without authorization
Misrepresent VSES structure, partnerships, or projects

Appendix F – Commission Revision & Refund Policy
Purpose
This policy establishes clear expectations regarding revisions, cancellations, refunds, and project interruptions to ensure fairness for both clients and VSES talent.
Revision Policy
All commissioned work includes a defined number of revisions, to be agreed upon before project commencement.
Standard Revision Guidelines:
Minor adjustments (tone, pacing, small edits) may fall within included revisions
Major changes (script rewrites, direction shifts, added scope) may incur additional fees
Revision requests must be consolidated where possible
Excessive or repetitive revisions beyond agreed limits may result in additional charges.
Scope Changes
If the client alters the project scope after work has begun, VSES reserves the right to:
Reassess pricing
Adjust timeline
Renegotiate deliverables
Scope expansion without agreement is not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels:
Before work begins:
Deposit terms apply as agreed
After work has begun:
Deposits are non-refundable
Completed work up to cancellation point must be compensated
Refund Policy
Because payments are made directly to individual talent:
Refunds are subject to the agreement between client and assigned talent
VSES does not guarantee reimbursement for completed or partially completed work
In cases of non-delivery, VSES will attempt mediation and replacement
Good Faith Clause
VSES operates under good faith standards.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, both parties are expected to communicate promptly to seek reasonable solutions.
Replacement & Interrupted Work
If a talent becomes unavailable mid-project:
VSES will attempt to secure a replacement
Previously paid deposits to the original talent may not be recoverable
Replacement rates and adjustments will be discussed transparently
Abuse Protection
VSES reserves the right to decline further collaboration with clients who:
Repeatedly request unpaid revisions
Attempt chargebacks after delivery
Harass or pressure talent
